The best way to contact us is by email. Using email, we can thoughtfully compile the correct information or follow up questions for your problem. Using email to solve techincal problems often is far more faster and efficient than telephone support.
We offer technical support over the phone at our discretion. When contacting us for technical support, please include the following information:
- Flow bench (FP 2.0, FP 2.5, other brand or home made - please specify orifice or Pitot)
- Computer (Desk top - Lap top, Pocket PC or Hand-Held PC)
- Software version (FPcomXL1, FPcomXL2, FPcomXLS, FPcomXLT, FPcomXLV, FPcomPPC - version number please)
- Air source (Shop Vacuum, High power)
- Air Flow Control (Regulating test pressure, not regulating test pressure)
- PS3 option installed. PS3 option enabled
We will only address questions regarding the setup, use and maintenance of Flow Performance products. We will not address questions regarding products not sold or made by Flow Performance.
If you are sending any items back for repair or upgrades, please notify us when you have made your shippment. Please include a tracking number.

EMAIL SPAM GUARDS AND FIREWALLS.. very often we receive requests, either over the phone or by email, for information or price quotes on our products to be sent to an email address, only to have our response email rejected by a spam guard or firewall. If you have requested information from us and have not received it, it may have been blocked by your email security. While most spam guards or firewalls will return our email or notify us that it has been blocked, some will not - we will have no idea that our email has not reached you. WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY REQUEST TO SIGN-UP TO YOUR ALLOWED EMAIL LIST. If you would like to receive your requested information, please make the adjustments to your email security to allow emails from sales at flowperformance dot com. Please try to contact us again if you have not received a response in a timely manor. Remember, if your spam guard is blocking our emails, we may have no way of responding to your requests.
